Beaver Lodge Site Info
Primary contact: Brian Hart. He is a Texon employee so you can find his contact info in Outlook/Teams
Business contact: Marco Juarez. He and Joe Dickerson were responsible for this site/project. Joe is gone. Marco will likely refer most decisions to Brian Hart.
Randy Walker is also somewhat familiar with this site.
There is a company called Black Label that provides OT support. A guy named Nathan Means nmeans@qbsoil.com has vpn access set up from the sophos firewall in NV to be able to reach the site.
There is a company named Expanse Electrical that has their own cellular modem (similar to a cradlepoint) directly connected to a second nic on the PLC. They use this to remotely access and support the PLC. It has no direct connection into the rest of the network, and we have no visibility or control of it.
There is no server/rack. There is only a cradlepoint that we support. Manage the cradlepoint through https://www.cradlepointecm.com/
There is really nothing at the site beyond the cradlepoint that we manage. There are two cameras at the site, and an nvr was purchased to connect to them, but when we attempted to get it working remotely something on the network freaked out just having the NVR plugged in and it wiped the PLC. I was told that it was a custom built PLC of questionable origins and it is very old. There was an upgrade planned for the site to replace most of the OT equipment and install a BSSR, and we planned to tackle the security cameras/NVR at that point, but the upgrade project ended up getting scrapped.
