Booth Site Info
Texon Ops team is the group to contact about this site.
If assistance is needed from Buckeye Mark Skelly and Norm Socha are the best contacts. They should be able to get you in contact with the relevant resource on their end. It was just Mark, but Norm has been taking over some responsibilities from Mark. I'm unclear on exactly where their roles do and don't overlap.
Mark Skelly - 484-318-3681 mskelly@buckeye.com
Norm Socha - nsocha@buckeye.com
Booth has a standard BSSR. 2 esxi server, 2 synologies (1 of them is currently down needing replacement), a cisco switch, a cradlepoint.
The devices that we manage/monitor are in Logicmonitor and can all be accessed through RDM.
Booth was taken off of the buckeye network and now runs solely off of Verizon and AT&T cellular. So if there are network issues, it is not the buckeye network. Buckeye does have local techs that are able to help with troubleshooting though. They can be useful boots on the ground to check things or take pictures.
The cradlepoint at booth can be managed at cradlepointecm.com. The cradlepoint initiates vpn tunnels to Houston and Nevada. All firewall rules controlling access to that site is managed on those firewalls.
